PROJECT MANAGER
ROLE

Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Find out clients’ problems and propose new projects to solve them

Organize project teams with internal consultants/associates and external professionals such as research firms, design firms, and brand agencies to deliver expected outcomes

Supervise project processes and help consultants go on the right course

Understand client’s satisfactions and generate new projects
-
Participate in seminars as a speaker and publish articles or books for HCAP's branding
REQUIREMENT
-
More than 8 years of experience in research firms, brand consultancy firms, or business consultancy firms
-
Open-minded, positive, flexible, proactive with a curious personality
-
Native or professional level English
-
Japanese and other language capabilities are appreciated
